ALCS seeks paid Non-Executive Chair

THE AUTHORS' Licensing and Collecting Society (ALCS) seeks someone who is already a writer member of ALCS, with strong leadership skills, to be its Non-Executive Chair. This is a paid rôle for a maximum of two days per week, including board and committee meetings and other events. Initially, this is a three-year appointment from November 2016, with a possible extension for a further three years.

ALCS describes this as "an intellectually stimulating position, with plenty of scope for an inspiring leader with exceptional interpersonal and diplomatic skills to influence and strategically direct an organisation that is committed to giving creators a voice. Applications close on 17 June 2016. See www.alcs.co.uk/alcschair
